Postage

Our postage starts at just £2.99 for 2nd class, all orders over £40 are free of charge UK only

We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible but as everything is handmade please allow 1-3 days before dispatch, gift boxes and the small heart melts require extra time to pack but we do aim for no longer than 2 days once your order is placed.

We are offering local colletion and this can be selected at the checkout but will be subjet to when is suitable for ourselves. Social distancing will be in place so we ask you stay in your car and we will hand any items to yourselves.

 

Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of reciept of your goods as long as they have not been used or damaged by yourself. Items should be returned well packed to ensure breakages do not occur, unfortunatly we are unable to refund any damaged items. Should your items arrive damaged please contact us within 2 working days.
